- Insights Infrastructure – How we inform decisions
- Messages and Creative – What is said
- Channel and Campaign Management – What we do
- Success Measures – How we improve
- Integrated Constituent Journey – What is experienced
It can be used as a lens for capabilities and maturity for a school, a campus, across units, for the university staff, or across all of IU. IU credentials are required to access the file on Google Drive.
